Water’s power is still not fully known in the physical, the spiritual and scientific world that we exist in. There are claims that Water has its own unlimited Memory. Is It Possible That Water Helps Improve Memory?
Yes, according to The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, water was proven not only necessary for physical health but mental health improving focus & short term memory loss. Water is also known for its powers using Manifestation & Laws of Attraction that can improve any kind of health or need.
Water is needed on cellular levels for the human body to process and every day its unknown powers are being recognized and attributed to miraculous experiments even if a scientist can’t explain why.
Water Memory Vibration
For a long-time scientist have studied the properties of water and concluded that water in all properties is unique and can not be explained by scientific law. No scientist can actually explain the Density of Water and how water increases in density below the freezing point and decreases above it. Some researchers have done studies that prove water has memory. By some unexplained mechanism, it manages to “save” information, much like a computer does.
Water has the ability to save outside information from the surrounding area. It keeps and saves outside influences. Anything that has contact with it leaves some kind of mark in it.
More importantly, is the fact that water holds memory and its own structure and makeup are affected by the emotions of people. Water’s molecules change their position when they come in contact with negative or positive emotions. Scientists were able to conclude that water molecules act as memory cells and record the entire history of interaction with the outside world.
Researchers have studied how the same source of water given to different people at once and who were told to make drops from the water with no contact with the water source. All contained strange differences. They found that each droplet when observed, of water, had characteristics that were unique from each other just as the people who were making the drops of water were unique from each other.
Images of drops placed under a microscope from a number of people all looked unique from each other. Then Scientist placed objects in the water. A flower was placed in water and after a while, a sample was taken of the water.
The water droplets projected an image and when the flower type was changed and another type of flower was added to the water, the image changed. The droplets were also changed by frequencies around the water or subjected to the water through sound waves and different genres of music.
According to researchers in Germany, water that is in a river collects information from the source and over time holds that information. People who drink that water where information is collected also drink that information. The oceans of the world become a giant storage house of information. The rain can act as a data medium that carries that information to other parts of the earth.
Can Dehydration Cause Depression and Anxiety
Our Body and Brains are dependent on proper hydration to work optimally. There are no disputing those facts. Brains cells require a delicate balance of water and other elements to work efficiently and if it’s not right your brain cells lose that efficiency.
Dehydration can cause a host of problems on our brains such as focus and short term memory loss. The long-term recall or mental sharpness is affected by a lack of hydration. Most of these things that are normally attributed to getting old were found to be caused by low fluid intake by the elderly.
The loss of water during Sports is a new Science taught in Schools today and gaining popularity.
In the morning is when your fluids are at their lowest. There is a calculated body loss of water during the long 6-8 hours at night sleeping from breathing and sweating. Doctors say that this may be the most critical time for fluid intake.
Water provides the necessary electrical energy for the bodies to function which controls the brain operates including thought and memory processes. Water fuel the electro transmitters that send messages around your body starting from the brain.
So if the brains hydrated properly than you’ll be able to be sharper and be more created and focuses. Messages that are sent from the brain around to different parts of the human body are working properly. Health enthusiasts wake up and drink one large glass of water to kick start the hydration process whether they feel thirsty or not.
Staying hydrated can help offset problems with short term memory loss. It seems that being even just slightly dehydrated can impair focused attention and short term memory.
For a new study published recently in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, researchers subjected 101 undergraduate students to a temperature of 30 C for four hours, over three occasions, during which they either did or did not drink 300 milliliters of water. All performed a battery of memory tests.
Drinking water improved memory and focused attention. In the short-term, thirst was associated with poorer memory. Later, a greater loss of body mass was associated with poorer memory and attention (mean loss: 0.72%). At 90 min, an increase in thirst was associated with a decline in subjective energy and increased anxiety and depression, effects that were reduced by drinking water.
Water and Memory

If water is a natural part of you and your body is a natural part of water than interacting with water should be a natural and healthy thing.
Water is physically good for you without enough body starts to breakdown. Water is good for you mentally. Brain cells require a delicate balance to operate properly. That leads to brain fog or forgetfulness and limited skills.
If the molecular structure of water can be changed by contact with the water with emotion or frequency of an outside element. This gives the conclusion that Water must have a memory. Water is influenced by our thoughts. If you give water Positive thought or Negative thoughts it will remember.
Water absorbs the information that it is in contact with for as long as it is flowing and moving in and around the earth.
We are made up of water and our brains and earth are 75% Water involved in a continuous circle and flow of water. Absorbing, releasing and moving Water throughout our life just as the Water Cycle moves Water throughout our environment through oceans, streams, and rivers that continue to record information from the beginning to the end of time.
Researcher says that drinking the water that has been recording a vast amount of information that can be harnessed.
Glass of Water Manifestation Technique
There are many ways to use the Glass of Water Manifestation Technique.
Water, the power of Positive Affirmations and thought, using thankfulness while achieving what you are asking for, are the ingredients to shifting reality into parallel dimensions.
For the exercise, we’ll use an earlier article I wrote here on MyWaterEarth&Sky called Manifestation Technique called the 2 Cup Manifestation Technique. You use one cup that represents the present and the current reality and the second cup as your desired reality. It works like this:
- Use 2 paper cups or glasses
- write on one of the cups or underneath
- Your Current Reality– it could be a health issue like a Bad Memory-so write on the paper cup Bad Memory
- On the 2nd cup- Write Improved Memory or what you want to be manifested.
- Fill Water into the Current Reality Cup-Then
- Slowly pour the Water from the Current Reality Cup into the Improved Memory Cup.
- Drink the Desired Reality down
- As you drink your Intended Reality Cup you State and Repeat that intention in a Affirmation saying, “I am so grateful for the improved memory given to me through this wonderful cup of water.”
- You are thanking the water for already giving you this gift of Improved Memory.
When you drink the water for your intended reality you are using the energy and memory that the water holds and that’s infused in it. You are adding your wishes into the water embodying them from one reality to the next using the water that carries that message.
This 2 Cup Technique is called Quantum Jumping. Using the most powerful creations in the universe (Water) to solidify and transmit the messages it’s carrying from the beginning of time to interact with you who are also made up of Water to move into a parrel universe or another dimension.
So what you need or want might already be happening in a parallel universe. Or in another frequency that you are capable of transmitting.
Using the water and positive frequencies that you and water can transmit may align you with an alternative outcome that you are searching for.
There are enormous amounts of people throughout the world in many cultures that believe that we all live in an infinite reality that says anything that can happen or might happen has already happened.
In the world past and future exist together in different realities all happening at once. Water and living beings at certain points align through consciousness and frequencies that become a reality when they collide.
Water contains that consciousness and memory that is able to flow through us and provide a tool to use create the consciousness we need.

What Are the Laws of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. It is believed that regardless of age, nationality, or religious belief, we are all susceptible to the laws which govern the Universe, including those of the Law of Attraction.
All thoughts regardless of what they are that can translate whatever we are thinking and materialize them into reality. If you focus on negative thoughts, you will reap negative things.
If you focus on positive things then you will find a way to achieve these positive things. The Law of Attraction says that whatever can be imagined and held in the mind’s eye is achievable if you take action on a positive plan to get to a positive outcome.
The Law of Attraction can have a big impact on us from day to day if we can tap into how to use it. Humans act like magnets sending out our thoughts and emotions and attracting back more of what we have put out.
The concept of Karma or what you give out to the world be it anger or happiness, hate or love is ultimately equal to or what can be returned to your own life in the end. Even in Christian teachings, in the Proverbs 23:7, it reads ‘As a man thinketh in his heart so is he’. Proof of praise for the Laws of Attraction can be uncovered throughout the ages; all recorded and taught in different ways, but still there for all of humanity to find.
Using the laws of Attraction you can truly take charge of your life no matter bad things are or how negative things have been for you. You are what you believe you are. You are the By-Product of your thoughts. Many great people who have done wonderful things in their life to change the world for the better use this exercise or philosophy. Water and positive thought are some of the main elements that can fuel this way of life.
We know how powerful water is. Water is energy. Water is life. Water moves mountains, yea that’s true. Water is older than time. So much has been written about Water as far back as the Bible and in all cultures. Water is mystical and magical and we share its properties. Using Affirmations to convince yourself to acquire great things is more than asking for love and money.

- Step 1: Get clear on what you want.
- Step 2: Ask the universe.
- Ask the universe for what you want once a day makes your requests clearer and clearer. Step 3: Work toward your goals.

The Dictionary meaning of Manifestation
- An indication of the existence, reality, or presence of something: A high fever is an early manifestation of the disease.
All that may be needed for someone who is on a broken negative path to nowhere is a small positive thought that may manifest into something earth-shaking. When you have a thought and that thought is repeated into an Affirmations, eventually those Affirmations retrain your mind to accept them as absolute truth.

Start with thought and repeat it out loud. Then there are 3 crucial steps for you to follow.
- Write down your affirmations. Write affirmations that are goal orientated, in the present tense and as though they have already been achieved.
- Walk that talk! To attract positive change into your life, you need to be emitting positive energy into the universe. The best way to usually do this is to act ‘as if’. Therefore, don’t just tell yourself what you want through affirmation; act as though you already have it. One great tip for making this easier is to say ‘thank-you’ at the beginning of your affirmations. This can help to convince your subconscious that you are already enjoying something.
- Repeat your affirmations as often as possible. The more you repeat the affirmations you choose and surround yourself with them, the deeper the message should be ingrained in your mind and absorbed into your subconscious. Places to keep your affirmations can include your car or desk at work. anywhere that you are likely to use the exercise.
The power of the spoken and unspoken words should never be taken for granted or underestimated. A single spoken word or lone thought can plant a seed in the brain. If watered over time with more of these thoughts or words can grow and manifest into an actual reality, be it positive or not.
Water is a mystery that can’t be explained and is treated differently in other parts of the world then it is in the States where we have excess. The American Indian and the millions of people in India and Africa have worshipped and respected Water to keep them alive and therefore have a very special way of looking at it.
Water is more than a necessary element, it is part of us and we are part of it existing as one flowing through the universe carrying messages formed millions of years ago.
The same Water-all there ever was Is all there ever will be.
